Aesthetician, Jordan brings her cosmetic and skin care expertise and superior customer service skills that ensure client comfort and satisfaction are number 1. I was late for my appointment, but reassured “not a problem” and the 2 hours free parking (especially nice in Beverly Hills) was appreciated. I received a warm welcome and was pleased to see that the spa is meticulous, relaxing and has a chic ambience (as the reviews stated). I selected the Collagen Facial from the spa menu.
The menu description reads: Collagen is a primary component of healthy skin, and as we age our skin’s collagen content significantly decreases. This facial uses products formulated with pure collagen to deeply hydrate and plump the skin. Thick sheets of collagen are draped over your face and neck, instantly refreshing and regaining suppleness and resilience. The result was fabulous and I was so relaxed by Jordan’s soothing hands, that I fell asleep.
