PURERB PURITY RENEWING FACIAL OIL
By Kay Schroeder
HOLLYWOOD(Perfect Skin Today)6/15/16/–I send a warm hello to all of the perfectskintoday.com readers. Today, June 6, D Day, is the first day that I will be using and evaluating a product that has recently come to my attention. Purity Renewing Facial Oil is one of the three facial oils offered by PurErb. For a woman who has been reasonably contented with moisturizers that retail for much less, at $28 for .3 ounce, and $75 for 1 ounce, I am expecting a lot.
Day 1: Application of PurErb Purity Renewing Facial Oil.
Directions on the bottle (fitted with an eyedropper) recommend that the user cleanse the skin, dispense the oil onto the fingertips, rub fingertips together, then gently massage the oil into the face and neck. Simple and easy enough, I can do this.
The woodsy facial PurErb Purity Renewing Facial Oil ingredients include Dilo, Macadamia, Argan, Abyssinian, Juniper, Tea Tree, Carrot Seed, and Patchouli.
In order to evaluate whether this product was of benefit to my skin, I had to establish a baseline of what my skin looked like on Day 1 so that I could compare it to what my skin looked like on Day 30.
The best tool I had on hand was my 8” round mirror, flipped over to the greatly magnified side. I’ll bet you have at least one of these in your household also. It may take some courage to perform this step. Looking at your skin under magnification to reveal the moment of truth is not an easy thing to do. However, it’s time to give up the ostrich mentality if you want to improve your skin. As brutal as it is, establishing this baseline will enable you to see the improvement, if indeed this product has improved your skin.
This is what I experienced in the application of the PurErb Renewing Facial Oil:
This oil went onto my skin smoothly and easily – and very important is the fact that it did not feel heavy, greasy or oily. Because my skin is very dry, it requires a significant amount of a moisturizer. I was surprised to find that just a few drops of PurErb Renewing Facial Oil were required to cover my entire face and neck area.
That’s all for now. I’ll check back in after a while to let you know what I think of the efficacy of this product as far as “did it improve the appearance and feel of my skin?”
