National Wellness Month by Live Love Spa Media and Creator and Spa Leaders Check In

Supporting this movement is the continued growth of National Wellness Month, founded by Live Love Spa in 2018. As Lisa Michaelis, CEO of Live Love Spa, explains, “Wellness sticks when it’s your choice.” This philosophy encourages individuals to adopt one meaningful habit, share their journey online, and inspire others — emphasizing that lasting wellness is rooted in simple, intentional daily acts.

Overall, the Live Love Spa event reflected a dynamic industry in transition — one focused on longevity, community, and accessible recovery. The innovative brands, immersive activations, and the shift toward shared wellness experiences, the future of health and beauty looks more connected and vibrant than ever.
