Beverly Hills, CA(Perfect Skin Today)6/7/13/–It can be very confusing to separate all the skin care companies that have the words Derm or Esthetics in the name, but in the case of Dermaesthetics they do stand out. Using the EGF Blemish Balm for many weeks now, I can vouch for this amazing product as a combination concealer/moisturizer/sun screen.

Ingredients are clearly listed on the box and contain many of the obvious ones such as Titanium Dioxide, Butylene Glycol, Aqua and Stearic Acid, but there are many others listed. The company actually provides medical training for professionals in the skin care business, and although the products are well established in Asia, the USA remains a relatively untouched market for the company.

It comes in a nice generous size and you really only need a little in the morning, with maybe a top up in the evening if you are going out. List price is $140 for the balm, and there are many other items inn the catalog that we will be featuring in upcoming reviews.

Other products of interest in their catalogue that we will be looking into include the EGF UV Shield, the DNA Serum, The Colorite Plus and the Caviar Eye Repair Gel. Starting out with the UV Shield which is priced at $72, it contains rh-oligopeptide which is an aid in the skin’s cellular metabolism while providing 50 SPF protection.dna-serum

The DNA serum is priced at $220, and considered one of the star performers of the Brand. Phytic Acid within the DNA provides a hydrated and toned complexion, and Ergothionene fights and protects DNA from free radicals. The serum also has a concentrated blend of Glycosaminoglycans which protects the skin’s connective tissues, and Sodium Hyaluronate draws moisture into the skin.

COLORLITE+PLUS

The Colorite Plus at $148 is their signature whitening and brightening cream and is enhanced with high grade Arbutin which is clinically proven to fight melanin. They promise dramatic results in 28 days. The Caviar Eye Repair Gel comes in at $156 and the Chamomile prepares the skin for treatment, where all the other vitamins come into play.

The training school for estheticians and all classes are held at their facility in Paramount, California. Certification can be obtained at these classes, and the company can also be seen at the top skin care shows in New York, Las Vegas, Hong Kong, Philadelphia, Dubai and Long Beach.
