SEAWEED IS GOOD FOR YOU AND YOUR SKIN

HOLLYWOOD,CA(PerfectSkinToday)12/18/11/—That is the pitch of the Seaweed Bath Company who are marketing a line of products produced from the nutrient rich waters surrounding Novia Scotia and Ireland. Of course seaweed alone will not produce the right ingredient, so they have combined it with Kuku oil from Hawaii (moisturizer) and Argan oil from Morocco (Vitamin E).

If you suffer from irritated, flaking or scaling skin, then these three products in the line could be for you. It proves to me after trying a lot of expensive products, sometimes inexpensive ones can be just as effective.

Devoid of parabens, dyes and SLS, the three products are Body Butter, Shampoo and Body Wash and all are attractively packaged. Starting out with the shampoo, it comes either unscented or with lavender, citrus and Eucalyptus & Peppermint.

I tried the unscented for a couple of weeks and it does have a slight smell of seaweed and found it to be an excellent shampoo for the price, eliminating all forms of itching for as long as the bottle lasted and surprisingly even for weeks afterwards.

The body butter is perfect for people with enflamed skin and can also be used in moderation on the face. It contains Neem Oil which is rich in emollients and moisturizes dry or cracked skin. Packaging comes in a deodorant form and it also comes in hand and foot butters for specific problem areas.

Other ingredients of note in the body butter are Natural Beeswax, Bladderwrack, Unrefined Shea Butter, Olive Oil, Cocoa Butter, Arrowroot Powder, Lanolin and Vitamin E. Put it on your legs, knees, elbows or anywhere when the skin needs some help and you should see some fairly immediate results.

The Body Wash contains the primary ingredients of Kukui Oil from Hawaii along with Neem Oil. Sub ingredients include Coconut Saponified Oils, Babassu Olive, Spirulina, Carageenan, Xanthar Gum, Silver Citrate, Citric Acid and Potassium Sorbate.

These products are well worth checking out and can be found at Health Food and natural drug stores in the US or through the company web site.
